Thehro Suspension is a combination antimicrobial formulation containing Ofloxacin 100 mg and Metronidazole 200 mg per 5 ml. It is used under medical supervision for the management of susceptible bacterial and anaerobic infections, including certain gastrointestinal and other infections where this combination is clinically appropriate.

Ofloxacin acts against susceptible bacteria, while Metronidazole provides activity against susceptible anaerobic organisms and certain protozoal pathogens.
