Sidan-DM Syrup is a combination cough and cold formulation containing Dextromethorphan Hydrobromide 10 mg, Chlorpheniramine Maleate 2 mg, and Phenylephrine Hydrochloride 5 mg. It is formulated for the symptomatic relief of dry cough and associated cold or allergy symptoms.

Dextromethorphan helps suppress the cough reflex, Chlorpheniramine helps relieve histamine-mediated allergy symptoms, while Phenylephrine helps reduce nasal congestion by constricting swollen nasal blood vessels.
