Methiras-10 Tablet is a combination antidiabetic formulation containing Pioglitazone Hydrochloride 15 mg and Glibenclamide 5 mg. It is used under medical supervision as an adjunct to diet and exercise for the management of Type 2 diabetes mellitus.

Pioglitazone improves insulin sensitivity, while Glibenclamide stimulates the pancreas to release insulin, helping improve blood glucose control.
