Kaff-PED Syrup is a multi-ingredient formulation containing Paracetamol, Phenylephrine Hydrochloride, Chlorpheniramine Maleate, Sodium Citrate and Menthol, designed for symptomatic relief of common-cold symptoms.

Paracetamol helps reduce fever and associated aches, Phenylephrine helps relieve nasal congestion, Chlorpheniramine helps reduce runny nose and sneezing, while Sodium Citrate and Menthol provide additional soothing support for respiratory and throat discomfort.

Directions for use:

Use strictly as directed by the physician or healthcare professional. Shake well before use. Measure the prescribed quantity using the supplied measuring cup or device.

The appropriate dose should be determined according to the patient's age, body weight and clinical condition. Do not exceed the recommended dose or duration of treatment.

This fixed-dose combination shall not be used in children below 4 years of age.

Storage and Safety Information:

Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and moisture. Keep the bottle tightly closed when not in use.
Keep out of reach and sight of children.
Chlorpheniramine may cause drowsiness or dizziness in some patients.
Phenylephrine should be used cautiously in patients with high blood pressure, heart disease or thyroid disorders, unless advised by a physician.
Use Paracetamol-containing medicines carefully in patients with liver disease and avoid simultaneous use of other Paracetamol-containing products unless advised.
Seek medical advice if fever or cold symptoms persist, worsen, or are accompanied by breathing difficulty.
Fixed Dose Combination shall not be used in children below four years of age. This warning should be clearly displayed on the product label, package insert and promotional literature.
