Kaff-DS Suspension is a combination of Paracetamol, Chlorpheniramine Maleate (CPM) and Phenylephrine Hydrochloride formulated for the symptomatic relief of common-cold symptoms.

Paracetamol helps reduce fever and associated aches, Chlorpheniramine helps relieve runny nose and sneezing, while Phenylephrine helps reduce nasal congestion and stuffiness.

Directions for use:

Use strictly as directed by the physician or healthcare professional. Shake well before use. Measure the prescribed quantity using the supplied measuring cup or device. Do not exceed the recommended dose or duration of treatment.

The appropriate pediatric dose should be determined according to the child's age, body weight and clinical condition.

Fixed Dose Combination shall not be used in children below four years of age. This warning is required for FDCs containing Chlorpheniramine Maleate and Phenylephrine Hydrochloride in India.

Storage and Safety Information:

Store in a cool, dry place, protected from direct sunlight and moisture.
Keep the bottle tightly closed when not in use. Keep out of reach and sight of children.
Chlorpheniramine may cause drowsiness or sedation in some patients; caution is advised with activities requiring alertness.
Phenylephrine should be used with caution in patients with hypertension, heart disease or thyroid disorders, unless specifically advised by a physician.
Avoid simultaneous use of other Paracetamol-containing products unless specifically advised, to prevent excessive total Paracetamol intake.
Seek medical advice if fever persists, symptoms worsen, or breathing difficulty develops.
Fixed Dose Combination shall not be used in children below four years of age. This warning should be prominently displayed on the label, package insert and promotional literature.
