Nandrolone may cause fluid retention, changes in lipid levels, liver-related effects, acne, changes in mood, or hormonal disturbances.
In males, prolonged or inappropriate use may affect testicular function, fertility and sperm production.
In females, androgenic effects such as voice changes, increased facial/body hair, acne and menstrual disturbances may occur and may not always be reversible.
