Cettel-TCF Syrup is a combination of Dextromethorphan, Phenylephrine and Chlorpheniramine Maleate, formulated for the symptomatic relief of cough, nasal congestion and allergy-related symptoms associated with common cold and upper respiratory tract conditions.

Directions for use:

Take Cettel-TCF Syrup as directed by your physician. Shake well before use. Measure the prescribed dose using a suitable measuring cup or spoon. Do not exceed the recommended dose or frequency.

Avoid taking other cough, cold or antihistamine medicines at the same time unless specifically advised by your doctor.

Storage and Safety Information:

Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and moisture.
Keep out of reach of children.
Do not use if the syrup shows any unusual change in colour, odour or consistency.
Chlorpheniramine and Dextromethorphan may cause drowsiness, dizziness or reduced alertness in some individuals.
Phenylephrine may cause increased blood pressure, palpitations or nervousness in some individuals. Inform your doctor if you have high blood pressure, heart disease, thyroid disorders or diabetes.
Inform your doctor if you have glaucoma, prostate/urinary retention problems, liver or kidney disease, or other chronic medical conditions.
Do not use with MAO inhibitors or within the recommended interval after stopping them; inform your doctor about all antidepressants and other medicines you take.
